Return and Exchange Policy
If you're happy with one of our products, tell your friends, but if you are unhappy, please tell us! We give you the option to return a product if you contact us within 30 days of the delivery date. Our returns come with no hidden fees, and we treat all returns individually; the process is simple and easy.
During the holiday period (from November 15th to January 30th), we have extended our return policy to 60 days.
What is the return procedure?
- Step 1 - Send us an email: Submit an email to Info@carcover.ae within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, reason for return, and state if the package was opened or not.
- Step 2 - Approving your request: Our team will review your request and provide you with the necessary return instructions.
- Step 3 - Your refund: Once our warehouse receives your package, we will issue a refund immediately. You will receive an email confirmation. Payments go to the original payment method used. Please allow 1-5 business days for your refund to appear in your account.
What is the exchange procedure?
If you'd like to do an exchange rather than a return, it's no problem at all. Simply send an email to Info@carcover.ae within 30 days of the delivery date. Provide us with your full name, order number, a brief explanation, and state if the original package was opened or not. We'll process your exchange request, and if there's a price difference between products, we'll adjust the costs accordingly.

Cancellation Policy
CarCover.ae provides exemplary customer service by quickly and accurately processing orders. All orders ship within 24 hours. Therefore, you save us a lot of time and trouble when you cancel as quickly as possible.
