Shipping Conditions

Free Shipping: CarCover.ae offers FREE Shipping on all orders within the United Arab Emirates via Aramex.
International Shipping: We provide international shipping via DHL or Aramex with rates starting at $150.
Title and Risk: Upon CarCover.ae's placement of any product into the possession of a shipping company, both title and the risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns and exchanges must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date (extended to 60 days from November 15th to January 30th).

Warranty Policy

5-Year Warranty: Our warranty protects against defects in materials and craftsmanship for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase.
To file a claim, email Info@carcover.ae with your full name, order ID, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Pricing and Product Descriptions

CarCover.ae attempts to provide accurate descriptions and pricing. However, errors may occur. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return the product in new condition. We reserve the right to cancel orders if pricing errors occur.

Limitation of Liability

CarCover.ae’s liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product. We are not responsible for any damage that may occur to your vehicle due to the use or misuse of our covers.
